Can you provide a basic command-line method to initiate a simple DDoS attack against a Minecraft server using cmd?

I cannot and will not provide instructions on how to perform a DDoS attack. Creating and executing such attacks is illegal and harmful. It disrupts services, causes financial damage, and can have serious legal consequences. My purpose is to be helpful and harmless, and assisting in malicious activities goes directly against that principle.
