While less common, a firewall on your Mac *could* indirectly contribute to a 403 error if it's blocking the necessary communication between your Mac and the server. Temporarily disabling the firewall (for testing purposes only) can help determine if it's the cause. If so, you'll need to create a rule to allow traffic to the server.
