If the G1010 isn't connecting via USB, try a different USB cable. Ensure the USB port on the printer and computer are working correctly (try a different port). Restart both the printer and computer. Check Device Manager on your computer to see if the printer is recognized and if there are any driver errors. Reinstall the printer driver.
