Open the Settings app (Windows key + I). Navigate to 'System' > 'Troubleshoot' > 'Other troubleshooters'. Find 'Printer' in the list and click the 'Run' button next to it. Follow the on-screen prompts. The troubleshooter will attempt to identify and automatically fix common printer problems.
