If the previous steps don't work, try clearing Chrome's cache and cookies. Go to Chrome settings, then 'Privacy and security,' and click 'Clear browsing data.' Select 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files,' then click 'Clear data.' Restart Chrome.
