Microsoft's documentation provides the current list of Exchange Online endpoints. Using outdated URLs is a frequent cause of connection issues. For example, ensure you're using `outlook.office365.com` instead of older, deprecated addresses. Autodiscover should resolve correctly, but manually verifying the URL is a good practice.
