Turn off the printer and unplug it. Carefully open the printer and inspect the paper path. Gently remove any visible jammed labels, being careful not to tear them. Avoid using sharp objects to dislodge the label, as this could damage the printer. Once the jam is cleared, reassemble the printer and test it with a new label.
