The print head sensor is responsible for detecting the paper feed. It can become clogged with dried ink or debris. Use a lint-free cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol (90% or higher) to gently clean the sensor. Do not use abrasive cleaners. After cleaning, run a print test to see if the error is resolved.
