Label jams are often caused by incorrect label loading or damaged labels. Ensure the label roll is loaded correctly, with the label side facing up and the edge aligned properly. Use only Brother-compatible labels. Avoid using labels that are wrinkled, torn, or damaged. Regularly clean the printer's internal components, including the label sensor and cutting blade, to remove any dust or debris. Avoid touching the thermal head.
